A common theme in customer responses was that there were issues with communication, with customers pointing out that they ‘can only contact Loveholidays via online chat’ and how the company was ‘difficult to get hold of’. It only scored three stars for customer service for both its beach/resort holidays and city breaks. However, two of those (Mercury Holidays and On The Beach) received a higher customer score.Īcross three holiday types, Love Holidays received a very mixed bag of ratings and failed to score five stars in a single category.
